Industrial Dryers

Industrial dryers are used to reduce moisture level in large quantities of bulk materials. Depending on the quantity and the material to be dried, industrial dryers come in many different models. The most common types of industrial dryers are tray dryers, vacuum rotary dryers, convection dryers, pharmaceutical dryers and dryers required for the various use of food industry. Factors to be considered in determining the correct type of dryer are the material to be dried, drying process requirements, production requirements, final product quality requirements and available space.

Tray Dryer

EEI has designed and manufactured tray dryers, from 300 kg per batch to 2990 kg per batch, using food grade stainless steel material, for various pharmaceutical, chemical and process industries.

Tray driers are used to reduce the moisture content of intermediates and finished active ingredients by the circulation of large volume of filtered hot air which is generated using steam.

Vacuum Rotary Dryer

EEI has designed and manufactured vacuum dryers at rotating speeds of 12 rpm to 45 rpm, for an operating condition upto -720mm water column, and at temperatures ranging from 130 degrees Celsius to 170 degrees Celsius.

The rotary dryer is a type of industrial dryer used to reduce or minimize the liquid moisture content of the material it is handling by bringing it into direct contact with a heated gas. It is a jacketed vessel with internal veins for hot water/steam flow. with the following details for techno- commercial offer
