Dust Collector improves quality of air released from industrial processes by collecting dust and other impurities from air or gas. Fume Extractors

EEI has introduced ductless fume hoods, and ducted exhaust hoods. Our fume hoods are extremely well built, economical, and highly effective for solvent fume extraction, powder extraction, solder fumes, capsule filling, and several other applications requiring a fume hood with negative pressure.

The fume extraction dust collector units are designed for high flow fume extraction. This powerful line is large and has a high airflow and filter capacity.

Typical applications includes welding fume extraction, light grinding dust, powder extraction, solvent fume extraction, and a variety of applications involving chemical fumes and dusts. The filters are made of HEPA filters, carbon filters, acid gas filters, and various other specialty blended filters.

Bag Filter

Online Pulse Jet Bag Filter: Bags are cleaned row by row, even when the dust laden gas is filtered. The cleaning sequence is controlled automatically by a sequence controller. This operates the assembly of solenoid and pulse valves which direct the air flow into the manifolds.

Offline Pulse Jet Bag Filter: incorporates the advantages of pulse jet bag filters, and reverse air bag house. The cleaning process consists of sequentially isolating each compartment and cleaning it with compressed air. All compartments are cleaned automatically. The starting and stopping of gas flow through individual compartments is achieved through a compact pneumatic damper system.

Offline cleaning is suitable for light and fine dust, and for larger volumes.

Cyclone Separators

EEI has manufactured centrifugal dust separators for heavy dust particles and waste cyclone dust collectors, also known as dust separators.

Cyclone separators are ideal for separating dust with particle size greater than 5 mm and the separator unit basically consists of a cylindrical and a conical portion. As the dust laden air enters the separator through the inner conical port, it spirals downwards in an outer vortex towards the conical portion, and comes out of the unit in an inner vortex.

Cyclone separators are gas cleaning devices that employ a centrifugal force generated by a spinning gas stream to separate the particulate matter (solid or liquid) from the gas carrier. Due to the centrifugal force, coarse and heavier particles drop down and the clean air moves upwards.
