Our organization was established in 1996 with the rich experience of engineers and technocrats from Babcock, BHEL, and Thermax. In these years, we have served many power and process industries in India and abroad.

We are one of the leading engineering organisation with a facility to design, manufacture and supply heat and mass transfer equipment, process, chemical, pulp and paper, and power plant equipment as per ASME, ASM, API, DIN, BS, IS, HEI, IBR, TEMA, NFPA and ISO codes of practice and standards. We take pride in announcing that we have manufactured and supplied more than 1658 equipment in 6 continents and these are functioning effectively. We have a strong list of more than 450 clients and a range of more than 50 products to our credit.

Sri and Sri Engineers & Consultants (S&S), started in 1995 as a manufacturing and consulting company was later diversified into consultancy in engineering and a new company SEPL was formed in 1999 for manufacturing. S&S deals with the design, detail engineering, and consultancy of power plant, process plant, heat and mass transfer system & equipment, and waste heat recovery. Sri and Sri also deal with the study on air & noise pollution in the factory premises. S&S has been very successful in many projects in India and overseas.

Sharnath Equip Pvt Ltd. (SEPL), started in the year 1999 is a manufacturer of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, waste heat recovery systems, energy-related equipment, pollution control systems & equipment, incinerators, oil and gas firing systems & equipment and other equipment related to engineering in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and exotic metal.

Dikay E-Services (DES) started in the year 2010 for the plant operation and maintenance, trouble shooting of power and process plant, obtaining the explosive license, residual life assessment, and refurbishment and reverse engineering and detailing of plant and equipment.

We have successfully designed, manufactured and supplied

  • Deaerators to Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority (SEWA), Sharjah, UAE, with specification: 595 TPH and 182 degrees Celsius outlet temperature.
  • Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers (STHE) with heat duty values ranging from 6,500 kcal/hr to 45,90,500 kcal/hr.
  • Steam Coil Air Preheaters (SCAPH) having heating values from 15,500 kcal/hr to 35,45,900 kcal/hr.
  • Over 15,000 silencers to our domestic and international clients, with specification: maximum pressure of 140 kg/cm2 and 120 TPH of steam flow.
  • Flue Gas Desulphurisation (FGD) system in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
  • Over 350 chimneys to companies in India and abroad, including self supported stainless steel chimney with a height of 30 m, for 3X 2000 kVA and 1X1500 kVA DG sets.
  • Air receivers up to a volume of 35 m3 and a pressure of 20 kg/cm2 (g).
  • More than 150 blowdown vessels to our national and international customers.
  • 35 reboilers so far, of various capacities.
  • Several knockout drums for our national and international customers. The maximum efficiency achieved by the EEI knockout drum and mist eliminator configuration is 99.96 %.
  • Over 2500 sample cooler
  • Storage bullets (horizontal) up to 40 tonnes and a pressure of 40 kg/cm2 (g).
  • Screw conveyors up to the following specifications: 25 meters long, 20 degrees inclination, with 8500 kg/hr of powder handling capability.
  • Flare stacks, to various process industries, with high combustion efficiencies to achieve and comply with the norms specified by the pollution control board.
  • More than 550 soot blowers to our national and international clients.
  • Tray driers, from 300 kg per batch to 2990 kg per batch, using food grade stainless steel material, for various pharmaceutical, chemical and process industries.
  • Vacuum driers at rotating speeds of 12 rpm to 45 rpm, for an operating condition up to -720 mm wc, and at temperatures ranging from 130 degrees Celsius to 170 degrees Celsius.
  • Blenders with capacities up to 2000 kg/hr.
We have also
  • Introduced our ductless fume hoods, and ducted exhaust hoods. Our fume hoods are extremely well built, high degree of performance, economical, and highly effective for solvent fume extraction, powder extraction, solder fumes, capsule filling, and several other applications requiring a fume hood with negative pressure.
  • Been able to fire 5000 kg/hr of furnace oil with steam as the atomizing medium, with a single nozzle, and achieve a 1:8 turndown ratio, without affecting the pressure parts of the boiler. The steam to fuel ratio achieved is 1:14.6
